Petr Kubíček has been participating in the EASA GA Road Map expert groups since 2015 in order to simplify the legislation for lighter-than-air aircrafts and their operation in the EU airspace. One of the main goals is the creation of the Ballooning Rule Book that should contain operation regulations for both balloons and airships. This new regulations should be more simple than the current ones.
