The World, and Russia especially, celebrates the 50th anniversary of the first man in the space - Yuriy Gagarin. The part of the official event will be also a flight of copy of Vostok spaceship, made by Kubicek Balloons. Yes, correct, we built a special shaped hot-air balloon in the shape of Vostok, as a model in the scale of 7.4:1.
It's basically project of Stanislaw Fuodoroff, (www.pbo.ru), the Russian pilot, recordman and Kubicek sales representative in Russia, who will fly the balloon on the official celebration in Moscow, then 20 Russsian cities and then all over the World during this year.
The first introduction to the public occured on Saturday, April 2nd in front of the Kubicek factory.
