Our dealer in California Jim Marshall was authorized as a Kubicek technical and customer service expert. Jim is an experienced serviceman, trained in a Kubicek balloon factory, is in frequent communication with our service department. He runs new spare parts store, so that any missing item should be easy available along with the technical advisory as well. Please do not hesitate and get his phone ringing (+1)(707) 287-6778 ! 

Our dealers and a number of serviceman from different US balloon workshops attended a seminar in Las Vegas in March. Petr Kubicek and Michael Suchy from the factory management came to make an annual dealer´s meeting, to introduce product range, to present new instructive videos about annual revisions and repairs of main parts. Jim Marshall as our new service expert with a kind help of Allen Braden, Albuquerque and Luke Russel from Falcon`s Nest Repair Station Ohio did a great job during hand-on training the last day. Thank you guys for your help, big thanks to the participants for kind positive response we have received already.
